What is dip dyed leather?

The leather dip dyeing process involves soaking the natural leather in a dye solution, to impregnate the leather fibers and get a uniform and persistent coloring over time to give it a vintage look.

Unique feature of this process is that ‘dip dyeing’ of the bag is done after the bags are fully crafted. The bags go in the dying drums complete with all fittings. This makes every bag unique with a color tone like none other and adds to its rustic look. 

We have mastered this art over generations and still do it the good old way.
